Our Ethos

& The Bright Path Care Promise

We work to the primary aim of transforming the lives of young people in need.

We hold a promise to provide the highest level of care and attntion to our young people, and we achive this through the below four pillar approach to care.

Our Ethos

Our  4 Pillar Approach to Care

At Bright Path, we have a strong ethos shared amongst all of our team members.

We are purpose-driven and goal-oriented, with a drive to provide young people with opportunities to progress positively. We work with young people in need, encouraging them to set goals and provide the support they need to achieve them.

We transform the lives of those in need, teaching the importance of healthy relationships, and a healthy lifestyle.

Positive
Progression

Pillar one is positive progression. We encourage young people to constantly grow and develop.

The progression starts the moment a young person reached our care and continues right throughout their involvement with us.

Education, opportunities, life skills, and our commitment to a brighter future all form part of the positive progression pillar.

Our Ethos

Achieving Goals

We perform at our best when we are working towards a goal.

We set smart targets for our young people:

  • Specific
  • Measurable
  • Achievable
  • Relevant
  • Time-Bound
Our Ethos

Transforming Lives

Working with our team, young people are taught ways to plan for a sustainable future, how to apply for careers, and pursue a path that suits their skill set and develops their employability skills.

As well as this we speak about softer social skills and the importance of interacting with people that will have a positive influence on our future.

Our team recognises that we have a responsibility to introduce young people to positive influences, who have strong moral, clear values, which can be passed on to the young people we work with.

Our Ethos

Healthy Lifestyles

Sport has changed the lives of people worldwide for centuries.

Sport offers an opportunity to express oneself in a way that is positive. Our young people have had massive success in joining in with multiple sports, including boxing.

We are partners with many sports associations, which stand by Bright Path Care in providing a safe place for young people to exercise their body and mind and learn a new skill. Not to mention the benefits to their health, fitness, diet, and mindset.

What The Bright Path Care Team Have to Say:

“At Bright Path, we are like a family, our goal is to take care of young people in need. From our team of specialists and staff, we always put their needs and health first.”

– Ryan Smith, Bright Path Care Team
